Holyrood District Office & Detachment Re-grading and Re-surface of Parking Lot

Remove and repave the existing asphalt parking areas at the front and rear of the building.  Investigate and design additional parking of 8-12 spots on the site.  Coordinate location and provide sub-grade material for a new garage on site.  Provide electrical conduit from building to the new garage location.  The designer shall ensure that the new overall parking area is adequately lit and ensure that proper grading is re-established to provide adequate drainage to the site (not limited to asphalt areas) and to eliminate the standing water issues currently experienced. Modify walkways as required to tie into any grade changes. The line from geothermal well that hasn't been functioning correctly will also be investigated and repaired. Total outdoor area of work is aprox 1000 Sq M.
