Highway 19 Roadway Rehabilitation Addendum 2 Swanson Creek Culvert

The project involves replacement of an existing culvert and associated drainage improvements on Swanson Creek at km 12.8, as part of the highway 19 upgrade. This culvert was not scoped into the original Basic Impact Assessment and is therefore included in this addendum as an additional assessment. All other mitigations from the original assessment apply, as well as mitigating measures identified in the addendum.
