Replace Selected Exterior Hardscape, Retaining Wall and Fence

To repave the parking lot and repair hardscapes along the exterior of the building – a minimum surface area of 1347m2. The work will involve repaving the parking lot to restore the condition of the asphalt and replacing the curbs and sidewalk along the west side of the building. The work will also include the repair of a deteriorating retaining wall to prevent structural failure and an investigation of the property fence to determine the need for replacement.
