The proposed project involves removing the existing crib wharf and installing armourstone protection over the existing wharf at Woodwards Cove Small Craft Harbour, Grand Manan Island, Charlotte County, New Brunswick. The armourstone will cover an area of approximately 160 m by 29 m. Rock will be placed a 1.5: 1 slope.

June 23rd, 2021 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Small Craft Harbours has issued its Notice of Determination after evaluation of the project Armourstone Installation, Woodwards Cove Small Craft Harbour, Grand Manan Island, Charlotte County, New Brunswick and has determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects with mitigation measures as outlined in their evaluation and can therefore proceed.
