YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport - Partial Demolition of the Parking Garage

As part of the project for the redevelopment of the city side infrastructures at YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport, a portion of the parking garage needs to be demolished on all three levels.

This work also involves relocating certain municipal services in the public pick-up/drop-off zone at the arrivals level in front of the terminal.

Latest update

November 19, 2020 - Given that no comments were received and following analysis of the environmental assessment conducted by a third party, ADM Aéroports de Montréal has determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. Measures in compliance with current regulations will be taken during the work for the following elements: air quality, water quality, soil quality and noise levels. The main measures include the development of a noise control program, implementation of an erosion and sedimentation control plan, use of a mechanical broom and watering of the work areas. As a result, ADM may carry out the project..
