To request permission to conduct activities outside of these hours, the Permit Holder must submit a written request no less than 20 business days prior to the desired start date.

The condition amendment is being requested further to an earlier approval in August 2019, which allowed physical works to be carried out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding statutory holidays from August 7, 2019 to February 29, 2020.
