Construction of an industrial building at the YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel – Public Comments Invited
March 21, 2023 – The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) must determine whether the proposed construction of an industrial building of SEC YMX 3 at the Mirabel airport, located on lot 6 436 204, on Henri-Fabre boulevard, Mirabel, Quebec, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, BDC is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project
SEC YMX 3 is requesting financing from BDC for the construction of an industrial building located on lot 6 436 204, on Henri-Fabre boulevard at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. The site is approximately 25,100 m2 in size.
The building will have one floor, with the possibility of mezzanine offices, with no basement, and a size of approximately 9,800 m2. It will be used for the storage of goods for various companies located at the YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel.
