Archives

The archived section of the Web site contains documents that for one reason or another are no longer current. However, some of the documents may provide guidance to the legislated obligations for federal environmental assessments under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act prior to the 2003 amendment by Bill C-9. The archived documents may still be relevant to projects that have been ongoing for a number of years. Some information contained within the archives may also be useful for research purposes or may provide support to the development of new documents.
